By writing these few lines, we think of our future of course. What better way to have, in our mid seventies, places that are perfectly suited to our needs and in which we will like to spend long moments in the company of young seniors. 

Admittedly, the senior residential sector is still a very underdeveloped niche, but with the resources available to the elderly, it is logical that residences dedicated to this type of clientele will emerge in the near future.

Our pledge is that before the end of this decade, these residences will flourish everywhere and become the backbone of many real estate and hotel operators.
